L.I.T.E: A Total Body Workout, LITE (Low impact Toning Exercise)
Using light weights of 2-3 pounds. Starting with a warmup and ending with 10-15 minutes of soothing stretching.
Step and Burn: A step class without complicated choreography and easy to follow.

Mat Pilates and Barre Fusion: A low impact mat workout to target the total body improve balance and core strength
Total Body Circuits: A total body class set up in circuit stations.
Each station with a specific workout, stay in that station for a designated set time then move around the stations.

Kick It: A Fun Choreographed kick boxing cardio class. No equipment needed.
Cardio Kick and Burn: A fun cardio kick boxing class with no crazy choreography, simple to follow all fitness levels.
Retro Burn: A fun cardio class to 70s, 80s, and 90s music mixed with some old school moves. No complicated choreography, easy to follow class.

Booty, Arms and Abs: A full body workout for Strengthening and Defining. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn.
Light and Low: Don't let the name of this class fool you!
Light weights from 2-3 pounds, NO JUMPING Cardio Class
Low Impact aka no jumping, is no joke when you crank up the intensity.
Your Pace Your intensity. If it feels challenging, then you are crushing it.
Cardio Core: Cardio with an abdominal core strength focus.
Stretch: Just Stretch! This is not a Yoga class but a gentle stretch class with some calming mindfulness.

All our classes are designed to accommodate every fitness level, whether it’s your first time at the gym, you're returning after a long break, or you’re a seasoned athlete. You can lift as heavy or as light as you need, and choose between low impact or high impact exercises. Each class is centered around your goals and your needs, recognizing that these may change from day to day.
